Gary is the Co-Founder of The Away Group and serves as the Managing Director of Away Digital.
With a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in the Building and Construction sector, Gary’s meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of project teams’ service requirements have propelled Away Digital to significant growth, earning it an AFR Fast 100 Award.
Gary is not only driven to build a successful business but, more importantly, to cultivate a work culture within The Away Group that establishes it as a preferred workplace in both Australia and Vietnam

Aidan is a co-founder and Director of The Away Group. He is responsible for the sales and marketing functions across the group.
He enjoys engaging with clients who are new to the world of outsourcing and/or working with The Away Group.
Seeing the benefits we deliver for new and existing clients as well as the relationships the clients build with our Australian and Vietnamese teams, brings Aidan great pride and satisfaction.
Prior to founding The Away Group, Aidan was a commercial and property lawyer with a firm in Melbourne, Australia.

Jason is the Managing Director of Away Digital Teams after joining the Away Group in 2020.
With a wealth of experience across enterprise, SME and startups, Jason has a proven track record of building and leading teams across a range of different industries.
Jason’s passion lies in developing deep and trusted relationships with his clients, and helping companies see the real value in being able in building high performing, highly engaged offshore teams.
When’s he’s not spending time with his wife, 3 kids and 2 golden retrievers, he’s watching the mighty dees, playing golf or sneaking off for a wave at UrbnSurf.

Van To is Executive Director of The Away Group Vietnam.
Since joining in 2016, Van has led the whole operation of Vietnam Office, her knowledge and experience in working across the business at all levels developing trust and building effective partnerships. Her care for developing and implementing all culture, employee engagement and oranizational development initiatives have enabled us to deliver high-quality services to our partners and grow our teams increadibly.
When Van isn’t working on people challenges and solving problems, she enjoys travelling with her lovely family.
